4S-2000 Kft. is a 100% Hungarian owned company in Nyíregyháza, Hungary, employing 105 people. Founded in 1996, it was essential for this medium-sized company to have up-to-date information on the company’s ongoing status and operations, besides its innovative manufacturing capabilities.
Our company has developed a management reporting and information system based on data from internal IT-based production and ERP systems. The solutions delivered to 4S-2000 Ltd. provide end-to-end insight into a significant part of the internal processes.
4S-2000 Ltd. controls and monitors the entire company’s operations using Clip-ERP, which was implemented earlier. Business processes are managed in this system, from quotation preparation, through ordering, to receipting. Inventory management and the recording of production assets are also recorded in this system. In addition, the ERP system is integrated with the customer management system, workflow and document management system and all financial functions, except accounting, are also implemented in this system.
On top of this complex system – integrated – BI-Logic Ltd. has built the business intelligence application, which monitors and reports the business processes of the entire company in real-time. The system has a direct database connection to the Clip-ERP system so that the company’s decision makers always have up-to-date information.

- Customer management, customer attrition analysis, supplier analysis
- Monitoring of production, production sites
- Monitoring financial processes (turnover, backlog, pricing, etc.)
The demo presented here functionally demonstrates the elements that make up the MIS system but is built from demo data provided by the company.
